OUR TECHNOLOGY
Working for you, on-demand.
Long before today's computer, the typewriter may
have been the most significant everyday business tool. Christopher
Latham Sholes and his colleagues, Carlos Glidden and Samuel Soulé,
invented the first practical typewriting machine in 1866.
As we all know, the way people work
and conduct business today is much different than it was in 1866.
Computers, the Internet, email and networks
are now commonplace and integral in today's offices and have
completely
transformed the way we work. Tasks that may have taken a week to
complete during the 1970's are now expected in a matter of hours.
Correspondence that was once done via postal mail or a courier has been virtually
replaced with email and fax machines. These types of changes have been both embraced
and rejected along the way while creating a work flow that practically
every office uses.

Transforming
Your Documents
The technology that supports our Print-On-Demand
philosophy has changed
the way you create and we ultimately print your document.
Unlike many operations that may
advertise a print-on-demand capability, we, at Morrow Graphics, live
and breath POD. Our business model was developed and has been proven
to be 100% print-on-demand. We keep all aspects of your POD
applications in-house while continually making recommendations for
efficiency and cost-effective solutions.
With our digital print
systems and document management technologies, we process dozens of Print-On-Demand requests
daily. We have integrated automation and seamless non-linear
processes to make our product consistent, high quality and always
on-demand.
Our philosophy and our firm grasp of
the technology behind print-on-demand has changed the way our clients think about
producing their documents.

STATE-OF-THE-ART
Employing the latest digital
print...
Automated, Digital Workflow
Our print-on-demand
infrastructure delivers the most powerful print material ever. We
use print engines and front-end systems that produce print quality that rivals offset
and automated systems that ensure on-time and accurate documents,
every time.
In the context of printing, workflow refers to all of
the processes and events that occur from the time a job enters our
shop to the point at which it is delivered.
The benefit of an automated workflow is that
it minimizes deviations and fluctuations in these processes and
maximizes the use of our resources. And since not all operations are
linear, it can facilitate concurrent or parallel processing.
Our Freeflow Makeready systems, from
Xerox, enables complete document prepress
activities in a single WYSIWYG environment. It streamlines job
set-up and late stage editing for all of our production printing
workflows with a single application.

Monochrome & Full Color
We, at Morrow Graphics, believe that being
able to produce your projects in the shortest amount of time with a
high level of quality is paramount. With that in mind, redundant installations of
equipment gives us a flexible ability to be responsive to your
needs. There is rarely a turn-around time that we can not meet.
Our monochrome devices, from Xerox
Corporation's Nuvera series, produce offset-rivaling
quality with tight halftones and high resolution output.
Our digital press is a
member of the DocuColor family
delivering excellent productivity and job flexibility. Injecting
variable elements into print material for relevant mailings and
marketing pieces is easy with our digital press.
